What type of properties are you looking to add to your portfolio to "get back in the game"?

Owning in an SCorp is not for all lenders, but plenty of lenders are ok with this holding type. 

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

You cannot have a contract that simply states "install high-quality countertops" without specifying the quantity, location, type, or style.

This works well if it's an MTR or STR type situation and you are in control of the lock.

The goal is to move into another property by spring 2025 to do another live in flip and keep this property for a few years at least.What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Because of this, in my opinion, the financing type and rate received is going to be more important than the strategy type itself.
