I'd also like to get my license so I can can buy/sell my own properties, get MLS access, potentially make a few bucks on the side or perhaps be a "full-time" agent after I have kids so I can keep my resume current and work from home...but I'm stuck on finding a broker who will let me hang my license with them knowing I don't have any intention of being a traditional, full-time agent.
