But, no way I coulda done THAT without college.Now, my resume is out and everyone contacting me is about upper management positions.

I got a message yesterday from our PM that the SOONEST evictions can resume for properties with mortgages backed by Fannie/Freddy can begin is July 29th.

Get a resume from the investor on their property and projects - find out how they went and how they were funded ?

Surely if you reach out to local officials somebody can help you.Cannot comment on the date that evictions resume for your municipality, I believe in my location (Bexar county) we are fingers crossed for May 18th.

It's a lot of work, but would probably be more fruitful than blasting out résumés on Jobbing or Monster.

Lightly regulated compared to the nuclear power industry perhaps.

I'd also like to get my license so I can can buy/sell my own properties, get MLS access, potentially make a few bucks on the side or perhaps be a "full-time" agent after I have kids so I can keep my resume current and work from home...but I'm stuck on finding a broker who will let me hang my license with them knowing I don't have any intention of being a traditional, full-time agent.
