As for payday, your 4 day window would be fine by me, its when I get up to 10 or more days disparity that I start to get a little irritated.

At first I liked the interface but as time has passed I've found it irritating to use, even to collect rent it is not exactly straightforward to explain to the tenants.I'm going to look more into Rentler and Hemlane.

They'll renege because it'll say in the lease that it's illegal for you to take side money, and as soon as something irritates the tenant, they'll threaten you because you broke the law.
