I love the other points of view so I can use them to do whatever I can to make as fool proof of a system as possible, obviously it's never 100 percent, but as best as possible.I have the book on long distant real estate investing by David Green, and one thing he said to use is video. 

My second property is in the valley, not HRM, which means it's a bit distant and I should not expect rapid appreciation, but it's not that far and it yields handsome COC return.Happy to chat more about it.Yuan He

Do you ask them questions or try and stay distant?

This would be my first time buying out of state so I was wondering if anyone has advice on being a distant-owner. 

Luckily we were still able to be socially distant when showing the place and we found a renter.

@Shane Thomas I’ve never invested passively as an LP in a syndicated apartment deal but I plan to in the distant future.

But like I said, these are distant considerations -- champagne problems!
