Sit tight....there will be a lot of good opportunities in the South Florida real estate market in the not too far future due to the COVID spike.  Foreclosures are going to be on the rise.

@Brian Frank It will be interesting to see how it'll play out with notes. Most of the big guys we know are still waiting it out on the sidelines. They won't accept a larger discount because they don't have to. We're in the same position. We'd rather hold than take a loss.

I think we'll see opportunities from mortgage REITs that used leverage to amplify returns. Less cashflow combined with debt payments or other forced payouts equal need to sell. Those guys might be in trouble.

Again, as Ron pointed out, there are a lot of steps and a lot of time in between now and then. Nobody actually knows for sure what the ultimate damage will be to the economy and how well it will recover.
