Hey All, I'm trying to get a google voice number setup and I can't get rid of the "please state your name and we will try to connect you" standard message before it rings to my number then plays my custom voice message.I've called from 4 different numbers, half the time it goes directly to my custom message and half the time it plays the automated message then goes to my custom message.

I always recommend that new investors in the Baton Rouge area look up "The RING" (Real Estate Investors Networking Group). 

The real goal of the yellow letter is to get the phone to ring and that is when your job begins.  

if you are looking for cash flow, I would look at "inner ring" suburbs such Richardson, Garland, Farmers Branch, etc.

Than he has you buy the nose ring ;)You need to look at the numbers.

The issue i'm having is I feel like I don't have time to do proper follow up on everything.It's not good to spend the money on marketing then hope the phone will stop ringing so I can catch up.  

Taking action ensures the phone will ring.
