Hi Everyone - I'm a newbie from Louisiana and I LOVE this site.  I've been in lurking mode for a few months but I am excited to introduce myself and network with you.  I was a real estate agent 7+ years ago and let my license expire (grrr).  I have a new interest in RE and i'm ready to start my career in buy and hold and flipping (LT).  I look forward to connecting and sharing with everyone here.
