soap for fats and sugar, I use Coleman stove gas (white gas) for tar or oil based stains, and water for most anything else, go easy on the water as you don't want it to get on the other side of the polyurethane (through cracks and grooves).

Queue the stunned silence.I guess our old outdoorsy tenant wasn't satisfied with the 3 (yes, THREE) perfectly good toilets in the house, and decided to make a DIY toilet in the back yard.For the next few hours she texted me some very colorful comments about our old tenants while spraying dish soap she had brought along all over the concrete and scrubbing it out as best she could.

My House Manual does address this issue, suggesting that guests simply unplug the fresheners if they don't like them.The other thing was 2 bowls of unwrapped soaps in a bathroom.

CA still has net in migration.. and or population gain.. its not like IL where the population is leaving .. this is not the case.. now many come up to Oregon as our price points are 1/3.. and wages are only 10% less.. my daughter is a well paid financial analyst at Intel.. making about what Diane is talking about a year.. been there 14 years worked her way up..
