How to make money with land?

Any ideas on how to make money off of land without putting too much money into it?

ideas i was thinking about are: horse stall rentals on property 

semi truck / trailer space rentals.

any other ideas ??

• Cell Tower/Broadcast towers/HAM radio towers
• RC airplane/drone "airport"
• Wind or solar power farm
• Mountain biking course
• ATV/Dirt Biking Course
• Small dump/junkyard
• Raise goats, chickens, or other animals
• Adopt animals from shelter and create a Pet Haven
• Put up advertisements/billboards (location dependent)
• Campsite
• RV site
• Treehouse or tiny house Airbnb
• Event parking
• Tree Farm
• Make fertilizer
• Create a vacation Lake
• Concert or festival venue
• RV pad for rent
• Work with developer to create a Housing Development
