Rent my bedroom out overnight

I am renting out my bedroom, you will have access to the whole apartment. I was sleep in living room on air mattress. My appointment is very clean. Females only or person over 50 years old. Check in 12:00 p.m.-- check out 10am next mornring.. my smoke outside. No drug use of any sort .( alcohol ok) must not get drunk or be put out immediately no refund!! You may cook what's in my refrigerator or eat what I cook or bring your own food to cook. Must clean up after yourself ..if everything works out , I may  change  from overnight to short term stay.. we share bathroom, living room and kitchen.. towel ,sheets soap' shampoo available...
