I have zero commercial MF, but find the premise depicted to be biased.  

With that said, I have not, nor am interested, in the Condo market so I would say I am bias but.... the numbers don't lie.

I was really skeptical of the company for a while and my friend because of the above, so I claim to not be biased.

That policy went into effect 1/1/17 and it will be interesting to see how it plays out.While I find the law to be controlling, I get it, because it's impossible to not let biases effect your decision making on which applicant is most qualified.I wouldn't be surprised to see that trend start in other cities in the future to help limit discrimination.So I would take @Kim Meredith Hampton advice and also keep up to date on your screening laws in your city and state.Side note: listened to a podcast once from Hidden Brain called "#AirbnbWhileBlack"which really exposed the biases that happen with Landlords with Airbnb that are sure to translate to Landlords & Tenants.

I haven’t done any registrations or inspections untill the water clears up..I thank pin and it’s members for initiating the suit on the  very biased and unfair law .The health Dept  is sending reminders and the city is publicly pushing inspections still.Or Is it their way of doing the dead cat bounce?

(you might have a slight professional bias here) ;-)  --  The email exchange clearly indicated that the homeowner/client was assuming all pieces of the roof were in scope.

I'm definitely biased but I think there are better options for what you are trying to do.

This is a biased opinion (because I am an accountant) but there are times when the savings on taxes you might incur will pay for the accountant's services.
