Mold in a brand new kitchen means they removed the moldy mess that was there, but did not treat/kill the remaining mold and it is still there on the walls, likely behind the cabinets and under the cabinets. 

Im looking into the possibility to bring from china finish materials, like cabinets (I know is hard due to tariff on this one), countertops, basin, sinks, light fixtures, toilets, LVP, tile, fans and others.Any word of wisdom about this idea?

I may need an emotional support animal the next time I replace chewed up cabinets and/or a subfloor that smells of urine.

Not if you ever replaced a subfloor because of cat urine or repaired cabinets because a Rottweiler chewed off the doors.
