After what was the worst hour of my life walking around the place I made a police report and called my insurance company.

I am real familiar with the city and the corruption particularly between the police and Pine Tree Legal.

I would recommend getting multiple opinions on a specific location (broker, property managers, inspectors, police, local businesses, etc., etc.). 

Any disturbances/violence/etc is the job of the police and NOT your responsibility.Me personally (because of my experiences) I like to walk around with the bill of rights on my hip-specifically the 2nd amendment.

My plus is that I'm also a police officer in a specialized unit that covers the entire island, so I see it all and from multiple perspectives lol. 

I have only come here seeking knowledge,Things they did not teach me of in college....Not sure why but the title took me back to that old song by the Police...

Have the neighbors complain to the police. 

Require one complete payment, dont let them pay separately, they will police each other.

They lost the right to lease from the people who made noises and police raid.
