I am looking at possibly doing a shipping container home as either a monthly rental or again a short term rental if Costa Mesa figures out legislation in time. 

Here is one of our smaller and more affordable (~$160 per sqft with premium finish and fixtures) models:Our current idea is to first target the high-end, designer ADUs market in the state of California, due to its relatively less stringent permitting requirements.We would love it if you can share your opinion on the marketability of such premium-quality, design-oriented ADUs or homes at about $150-$200 per sqft plus shipping, permits and site-related costs in the US, particularly California or other states with relaxed regulations for ADU, or if you have suggestions on better/faster/easier ways to enter the US market with such a product.

Where I live you can find a sears outlet or any appliance outlet store that sells "damaged during shipping" and is marked down. 

The cost to renounce your US Citizen ships has increased from $350 to $2500 I believe.

I feel like a lot of people are getting in too much of a hurry...buying high and financing themselves to the neck...they are ok until one thing goes wrong...and it will....then the whole ship sinks. 

We all as business owners have to also remember the adage of “loose lips sink ships”.

A lot of people say the ship has sailed in Indy, but I think there’s still quite a bit of opportunity.

Like some shipping wont allow po box so if you use a place like UPS Store or local mom pop service shop you can use for delivery of packages, the utilities if you pay for building water for example.Again I highly dont recommend using management because you will be surprised its not hard to manage a 4plex.

I think courses and mentor ship programs have their place and many people find them very useful.

They run a tight ship, and can certainly get you into a solid, performing property.
