So, while it might make sense to hold a moderate sized apartment buildings in individual LLCs, it may not make sense for small 2-4 unit multi-families with little equity in each.

I have joined this group for two reasons - one is that I represent a non-profit (501c3) that takes property/land donations and rehabs for sale to low/moderate income families, veterans and active-duty military.

But some moderizations are worth the aesthetic tradeoff.

I believe the job of sales is to assist people to make decisions that they are often unable to make on their own with guidance, direction and sufficient information as well as someone to help moderate their expectations.
