If you do start using this info, you usually get stuck somewhere because the into is incomplete, disjointed, and only a part of the entire system that is REI.Education takes the definition of information, ane fills in the blanks, connects the dots between other sources of info and topics, and gives you enough to start, and beyond.The main reason most can't get started isn't what you mentioned.
