That way your funds would grow fast: once you have a certain amount of capital, at least over $100k, you could consider buying some inexpensive property to buy and hold long term for cash flow, although I don't know how much you can buy in California for that, in the Midwest you can buy a whole block right now :)

One hour blocks, ten minute breaks, if you do an hour for lunch, some will try to leave to go somewhere and come in late, keep it to 45 minutes, 10 to chat, 30 to eat and chat and 5, to regroup helps keep everyone there.And I agree some basic info is free, getting into the meat should be at a level of fairness, if too low, it's not preceived as valuable, too much and people won't go there.

While I do think some regulatory policies are good (even more in banking, lol) I also like to look for the exceptions and ways to move through the road blocks in a legal manner.
