As of todays date we have 8 seperate properties all in various stages of the renovations.

Market is good and the home is staged with professional photos.

We knew the area the property was located in & it was located just 2 blocks away from the local elementary.

At this point; stage zero, I'm working on building my foundation to success.

Most people know that putting in hardwood/laminate flooring over carpets works out better, or that staging a house/professional photography is usually worth it.But for the BRRRR veterans out there, are there any little-known tips and tricks you've picked up along the way that others overlook or don't even know about that add value to your property?

I am more in the learning stage right now, and I am certainly not attached to any particular strategy, but I know that my goal is to match my current monthly income from passive sources.
