BRRRR veterans of BP, what are your little-known tips and tricks?
Most people know that putting in hardwood/laminate flooring over carpets works out better, or that staging a house/professional photography is usually worth it.
But for the BRRRR veterans out there, are there any little-known tips and tricks you've picked up along the way that others overlook or don't even know about that add value to your property?
By adding value, I don't necessarily mean increasing the ARV. It could be interpreted as stuff you add to tenant-proof the property, processes in place that make your BRRRR go by more efficiently, or additions that make your property stand out relative to other rentals in the area.
