Me I was the opposite, I was always a top salesman so I qualified for a free demo car every month, most of my piers drove those demos because it was an ego thing, you got to drive a demo, you got to park it in a certain spot, it was all ego driven.

I did some of the work myself (demo, windows, doors, cabinets, etc).

Is dylan a wholesaler, is dylan a rehabber who is doing demo and construction, or is dylan a buy and hold, type of guy.

Reciprocator and multi tool get used a lot in demoing.

Any construction guy can demo and replace but to properly remove it while leaving things in place you have to be certified.Not sure how FL laws are but if her guy isn't allowed to legally remove and paint he has one choice to get the job..... rip it all out and start over.

@Tim Yang, so what you really mean is: you'd only be up for "roughly $300" per month, instead of $500 if you were just renting?

I had already started demo and told him he'd have to wait untill the house was renovated. 

I agree with you though, tenants seem to think that demo is free and it can actually add up sometimes (like if we had to replace drywall behind the door once we removed it).

The interior has been demoed except for the interior walls and everything has been cleared out and the building sits empty.
