Like Cleveland others not so much. there simply is not enough money in the budgets to mow the lawns and or demo the houses.. since the subsequent dirt that would be left over has zero value as the existing homes sell for less than replacement costs..

There is lots of free info around this BP site too.Many successful real estate investors will have their maximum Offer worked out to be a certain percentage (say, 65%) of what their best research tells them a property should be worth as-is, so that they ALWAYS have plenty of wriggle-room in case their research doesn't match subsequent reality.

The elderly ladies decided to crank the a/c so cold (64deg F) that the subsequent heavy condensation forming on the old metal venting started dripping through the ceiling tile & dining room light.They finally compromised with a higher temp, bought a dehumidifier & have repainted the ceiling tiles.

I majored in Finance and Accounting at the Carlson School (U of M) and subsequently went back to complete my masters in tax (MBT) a couple years ago at the same school.Couple reasons for my recommendation is that there is a large learning curve in Finance or Accounting after leaving school.
