I am waiting to see what shakes out with coronavirus when it comes to the housing market.

Underleveraged real estate investors are becoming victims in CA because state and local governments have put moratoriums on rent payments during the pandemic and landlords that aren't liquid are finding themselves looking at possible foreclosures on their rentals. 

It is the responsibility of the tenant to ensure that they have a strategy for emergencies if they're no longer able to stay in their current home just like it is in our best interest to ensure we have a strategy to cover our mortgages in the event of an unforeseen pandemic. 

Great to see Houston market still holding up pretty decently through this pandemic 

We had 3 cancellations due to pandemic concerns but those dates were grabbed up pretty quick.

@Cresentia BuesgensI can’t recommend anyone because I’m on the opposite side of the country, but the manufacturer I’ve used for 15 years is 7-9 weeks now, rather than the pre-pandemic time of 12 days delivered to my door or job site.
