Over the last ten years the proliferation of "reality" TV has made the real estate investing, in particular flipping, "sexy".

I work in Los Angeles as a Reality TV Editor but spending 10-12 hours in an editing bay has not only killed my eyes but OPENED my eyes to realizing this is not what I want to do for the rest of my life.

For me, my off time would have otherwise been spend performing menial tasks and/or wasted watching tv.

Its not as simple as it looks on TV. 

Anyone in SD seen this commercial on TV.

I meant to say that when you are listening well, you will realize you need to take notes and you'll start to turn off the TV and listen to them at home where you can take notes.

The loan you are talking about will not be the 6.5% that you see on tv.

If you look at the rants and raves on craigs list, people were complaining that there was no local phone number to call these people, even our city council was getting concerned since they let the contract for cable TV in the city.The business card had her office number and her cell phone number.
