Anyone in SD seen this commercial on TV. They say they renovate your house and sell it for you and get paid after it sells. Does this sound any good for potential flippers? We pay for the house and they pay for the reno and just pat them when it sells? They probably charge quite a bit for this service I would imagine.

@John Dombrowski This sort of deal can be a win-win if the right parties are involved.  I work with a guy who has done it many times.
