Was wondering what avenues(techniques) to obtaining properties through wholesale with zero money involved? I'm sure there's several threads on it. Who can point me in the right direction?

Hey @Colton Sibley marketing is your largest expense when Wholesaling. However, when just starting out I encourage my students to do everything themselves to save money. Given that you need to drive for dollars looking for abandon properties.  Then mail 30 yellow letters a week to those houses.  Next, learn as much as possible about the 5 skills needed to be a Pro at Wholesaling.  They are marketing; estimating repair costs; contracting; appraisals; and negotiations.  Requires no money but the education is worth millions.  My largest wholesale deals have come from my ability to negotiate like ninja. Hope this helps.
