@Carlos Leyva it really has less to do with the size of your pay check, and more to do with whether or not the asset is really going to cash flow based on underwriting for real world expenses.

And when I did look this up, it wasn't a mortgage guideline I found, it was a federal law.Granted, Wells Fargo often has a hard time understanding that they can't just make up laws and do what they want all willy nilly like they run the world, which is exactly why they get fined all the time.
