Hello All, 

My name is Nefertari and my husband and I are fairly new to the investing world. We're looking to purchase some distressed properties that we can rehab and then keep as rentals using the BRRRR strategy. Does anyone have an awesome contractor that they'd recommend? Any advice and or referrals would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
