I would like to first talk about how I am getting into the real estate business.I have a wonderful career as a pediatric nurse and it’s so rewarding to be able to help others who otherwise cannot help themselves.

They are looking for short term housing (3 months) for a traveling nurse.  

My mother was a real estate broker growing up, and my step dad is a landlord for rental properties.

I just got contacted by a guy who inherited his mothers house a couple of years ago.

Namely your mother-in-law managing it for a below market rate...

I'll be traveling for work (wound care training for nursing).

My mother lives in the next town over so I know the area a little bit.

Maybe it's a single working mother who cleans houses with her 6 kids in an expensive urban area so she's still poor despite working hard and having a solid work ethic.

I'm a single working mother to a 3 year old wonderful boy!

This is why I like BP - I don't want my emotions getting to involved, so it's nice to have others share.As for "why" - she says she wants to get out of the state, moving to Colorado, to take care of her elderly mother.
