Anybody rent to Travelershaven.com ?

I was recently contacted by a leasing agent from Travelers Haven.  He saw my rental unit on Craigslist.  They are looking for short term housing (3 months) for a traveling nurse.  They are offering me almost double the normal rental rate, since I don't usually rent so short term.   They will be paying for everything, not the tenant.   Has anybody worked with them before and what was your experience?
