My name is Ivan (Ivy) Skinner from Muskogee, Oklahoma. I'm a homeowner new to the real estate arena, but have been interested in it most my life. My mother was a real estate broker growing up, and my step dad is a landlord for rental properties. I've always wanted to get into this career field, but have yet to acquire any experience. I had taken carpentry classes in high school, but am currently a draftsman at a local civil engineering firm.

I am looking to start in wholesaling and eventually work my way up to flipping houses and rental property. However, being so young and insufficient credit I will also be looking for hard money lenders.

I had signed up for a 3 day seminar with flipping formula, but after reading through some posts on here I have decided against it. As with anyone new to this field, I could probably be more knowledgeable about how everything works, but I am excited and eager to get started!
