I thought this was a tall order for me but as I said before, I don't back down from a challenge.

@Robert C. will RE being very localized it is a tall order to come up with a story that fits all MF throughout the country and without being a macro-economist everything we say is just a guess. 

Today she asked if she could change the shower head stating that she is too tall for it.

We renovated the heck out of it-brand new carpet, new porcelain tile and laminate flooring downstairs, epoxied the garage floor, new countertops, sink, pull down faucet, glass backsplash, new paint entire house, all new baseboards, added crown molding, and artificial turf and hard scaping front and back yard.

For sliding glass doors, I've had curtains and vertical blinds.

it's not a walkable area (even deer don't go there :), but the oak tree is tall and I am afraid it might fall on the house.
