Honesty   well lets take both sides of that coinYOu have investors trying to buy homes as cheap as they can and you have home owners trying to ( at least we hope they are trying to ) sell for as much as they can.I think the investor buyer who is very proud of the great smoking deal they just got probably is not real up front with the profit they are going to make.. and or if asked point blank how much they will make I could see many cases were a less than honest answer may come out....

Its a couple different lanes you could take though in all honesty,  but I definetly start with some type of niche and brainstorm arount that niche and fully commite until you see some traction.

To be honest I will not invest where I don't feel safe working on my investment properties.

I would definitely report him to TREC, as a real estate agent or broker we have to follow rules and act with honesty and integrity.

I find honesty and following the law tend to be good policies.  

"Honesty and Full Disclosure are Key" - does not seem to be the approach many wholesalers take.

Michael is not gouging people on price and I've seen nothing but honesty and integrity from him since I first became aware of him here on bp a couple years ago.

Either way, the seller WILL respect your honesty.

And in all honesty the Post Cards pulled a better quality of call than they had before although the call count was lower.We are sitting at 54 calls which as I said is not large at all.
