My partner and I just picked up our first house in Indiana, paid cash, and are currently reaching out to contractors now to get our first BRRRR under way.

A lot of people think that 15 year notes save them money, but a recent article pointed out that you don't actually save any money until year 22...While the advantage of a 15 year mortgage is less interest, faster equity build, etc...you are disadvantaged with opportunity cost.And like others have said,  60k is a good amount of money to get a project under way.

I have several new rental properties underway that will be mine in the next 2-3 months.

For instance, the new FUSE District that hosts a $26 million, 5,000-seat multi-use sports stadium is well underway construction and is set to open in March.

One of the BEST years yet and Summer of 20201 and Season 2022 already well under way!!!  

Once we are finished with the two projects we have underway currently (Cotter Downtown Church & Commercial Hotel) my projections show that we should be doing very well by spring/summer!
