But when I was an agent, learning some basic Python and VBA (Excel) really helped me save time in the process of collecting and analyzing real estate data.I've been working with technology for the last 25 years; sometimes you don't need sexy, you just need a tool that works. It's a sin that, we technologist, fall for often: searching for sexy instead of "this old thing just works" :) Agreed, though in my experience, a lot of real estate professionals are far from the most technical people, so having clean and intuitive software UI is very key... but then again the MLS exists and that to my knowledge still doesn't have a back button... lol

It's the kind where you're sitting behind the pedals instead of above them - I'm sure there's a technical term for them.Anyway, I started studying and/or reading while riding and actually find myself going for an hour or more at a time and not even realizing it.

@Tom GimerSeeing conflicting posts on this - not a wholesaler but curious about laws as we invest in most states.Seeing both sides saying its still legal and others where it is notAlso with most wholesalers, while technically legal most states do not allow you to advertise property you do not own without a license and that is where most do not follow the law

(Think manufactured/mobile homes which can be attached together to create a bigger house) One of our family friends worked on something like that for bridges in the 70s, technically it worked great, but DOT never got on board.
