What should I pay attention to in Denver and surrounding areas?

Looking at the macro-indicators for the state and especially when compared with the surrounding areas - namely CO, AZ, UT... - NM is poised for significant appreciation in the long run. 

I can almost guarantee that FHFA, HUD, and VA will see guideline changes surrounding this over the next year or so.

There is no federal rule disallowing an income requirement as a multiple of rent and the state of Ohio allows this as does Akron and all surrounding cities where I operate.

If anyone is interested in chatting more about the Sacramento and surrounding markets, I'd be happy to chat.

Downstairs tenant just moved in and is signed on a one year lease and has extended family in 3 or 4 of the surrounding houses so I believe they would also be a longer term tenant.

The surrounding area has seen appreciation, but this mark is significantly off.
