Hello BiggerPockets community! I'm Isaac from Southern California, passionate about real estate investing for the medium and long term. Most of my experience has been in long term rentals but looking to move in to flips in the lower price points in Oklahoma and surrounding states. I am also open to learning and trying new experiences. 

Outside of real estate, I do other types of investing and consulting, I am a macro strategist with long term time frame.
