I am considering relocating from Northampton, MA to Denver, CO, and would like to get a feel for how the Fix+Flip market works there. What should I pay attention to in Denver and surrounding areas? How is the local Denver REIA for networking? Any regulations, limitations, or potential that you have uncovered and would feel comfortable sharing about. I'd be grateful. Thank you
