First reno completed & sold, looking for rentals next

Hello, my name is Micah Dean. I am a full time 8th grade math teacher. I started an LLC in 2023 to "Provide a Better Living Opportunity" to residents of Madison County, Indiana. My husband and I purchased our first distressed property in late 2023, renovated it ourselves and sold it last week with a 79% ROI. We are looking to purchase our next investment property to buy and hold as a rental. Currently, I am listening to all BP podcasts about raising private money.
