Do you know where you can get a Harbor Freight or a Bed Bath & Beyond Coupon in the mail? 

On a 1000 sf home, one guy runs a drum sander (with belts about $80-$100/day rented from Home Depot), one guy runs a hand-held belt sander ($30 at Harbor Freight), and the third guys runs a 6" Rigid orbital sander (about $130 purchase at HD).  

I live one house away from a rail road crossing that is solely used by freight trains. 

It's mainly speculators riding on the appreciation freight train.Without positive cash flow investing for most people is unaffordable.

Some people hold it in and blow barely anything out, others it looks like a freight train letting off steam.

Hmmm...Maybe you need to re-assess or re-define your strategy. 

@Sterling Cox well what about the containers that ride by on the freight trains. maybe a little bit less than optimum and dont forget the solar panels.

It has been redefining itself from a steel town to a medical/tech hub the past 5 or so years.  

I'm in the middle of trying todefine/redefine my goals and heaR the opinions of others before pulling the trigger. 

People are very used to it and so if you are trying to redefine the scale you are going to run into constant misinterpretation.You already have offended a couple of guys here who know Cicero is not a d area.And by the way, your faking like a buyer to get data for your software or show your screenshot was ridiculous.
