Plus their minimum balance to not get fee-d is little high.Also US bank has now twice locked me out of my online for no reason whatsoever and one time they said the only way to fix it was to go to a branch.

It would look something like this...Lead property address is input in Podio, then Zillow feeds back any comps from their site and puts them in that lead file on Podio.

I did it in my market- could not imagine starting any other way “alone.”not to get off the subject but this is why always cringe when I see these folks get on here and say I have no money no experience so I am going to wholesale  :)  not sure who feeds these folks these lines of BS  but cant think of a tougher thing to do.Granted there will be a few that can push through.. but not many like a burn out rate at 98%.... so same thing starting out doing deals I think like your saying PE partner is basically a must

Similarly for the interest rate percentages.]I reckon the upshot is: include at least one option that has higher (or lower) repayments, and perhaps a much quicker payoff option too.Personally, I don't get why a Seller would let themselves be paid less than market value on the drip feed (for thirty years), but allow you to get paid full market value, all that time!...

.- If we use an RIA (registered investment advisor) it adds a layer of insulation if we were to get sued but it also adds a "mouth to feed".
