good morning BP hey im a newbie in REI, and to be honest my. credit isnt good and my i owe more than i make, is there still a possible way for someone in my position to actually start to invest? i would love feed back and maybe advice on how to go about doing such a process thank you

@Ivan Nunez My recommendation for your situation is to start with wholesaling (double closing or assignment,) since you don't have to use your money or credit. You just simply sell the contract. Doing a few wholesaling deals, will give you the funds to clear up your debts, save some money as reserve, and then leverage to borrow more money in the future if you want to fix and flip or buy and hold.

Research "wholesaling real estate" in BP, YouTube, Blogs, etc.

I love wholesaling. I have always called it my "Real Estate ATM Machine" :)
