As I stated before, I would definitely be interested in how your house would do on AirBNB - but I admit it's intellectual curiosity, primarily because I don't expect there to be a high demand there.  

(And, then you can stop talking - you've been intellectually honest and you're doing what is right for your business). 

At least on BP, most of us are driven by some level of intellectual curiosity.

I find that the qualities that make her good at this are being nonthreatening intellectually, focusing on primary motivations, a desire for relationship building, and a palpable excitement over the product/opportunity.I generate the leads, source and structure the deals, prepare the presentation materials, design the marketing strategy, sometimes attend presentations to answer technical questions, but she is primary point of contact for the client.It's my company, but her paychecks are bigger than mine--even when all she does on a deal is make a few phone calls.
