Even with an impeding downturn in the RE market, I'm always optimistic and looking to find the next opportunity to immerse myself in.  

I have been immersing myself in reading, listening to BP podcasts and now it is time for me to take a step forward! 

While working my way into real estate investing, how else can I immerse myself into this world work-wise?

While I need to work a job to live, I would much rather be in a job where I can immerse myself in the industry while also building great connections.I went to a few Real Estate firms with my resume in hand just asking if anybody would like an assistant, or somebody to do data entry or anything. 

The market is changing and the gameplay in structuring a real estate deal has evolved.

I discovered BP a few months ago and have completely immersed myself in as much information as I can.

@Deborah Burian I personally invest with a higher risk strategy because I'm so immersed in the market that I fully understand the risks and have a higher tolerance for it!

This is just a small step for me but I just wanted to share the experience because I never expected to be able to be fully immersed into this world so fast but I am embracing every second!

To stay motivated listen to podcasts, stay connected on Bigger Pockets, go to REIA events, read books... keep immersing yourself in the real estate world and surround yourself with people who share the same passion.  

You really need to immerse yourself and learn all you can.
