Looking for cash flow Multi Family opportunities!

I'm looking for solid Multi Family properties w/ solid cashflow!  I'm open to any area.  As of right now I have 5 properties in the Philly and Alabama area, but am open to markets such as Ohio, Oklahoma, Orlando, ATL, etc.  Would love some advice and possible referrals!
