Hello BiggerPockets! My name is Cody and I'm a total newbie currently residing just outside of Charleston, SC. I discovered BP a few months ago and have completely immersed myself in as much information as I can. I can't wait to continue to learn from experienced investors and build valuable relationships. I'm primarily interested in buy and hold investments and would like to focus solely on real estate once I retire from the military. Possibly sooner depending on how things are shaping up.
