Be aggressive on closing your first deal!

Hey you guys!

So I’m writing this post this morning to give a little bit of insight on my experience so far.

I literally found out what real estate wholesaling was less than 7 days ago and I’m already head first into the business.

I have a very basic knowledge of the market and how most things work from watching my father handle his RE investments growing up.

Now in just 5 days of me soaking up information and having a motivation to see success I have found myself working on my first deal with a very well respected investment company here in Houston!

Now I’m not saying this very short journey hasn’t come with road blocks already, but what I will tell you is this. Sitting on your hands won’t get you further in this business! You have to attack your goals and be fearless with the hopes that a positive affect comes from the situation at hand.

Working on closing a fix and flip right now for 140k looking to sell at around 200-210k after repairs. This is just a small step for me but I just wanted to share the experience because I never expected to be able to be fully immersed into this world so fast but I am embracing every second!
