So many people are searching for the magic formula, and it seems that what many of these seminars are selling is the hope that it's all real, rather than having to roll your sleeves up and build it one little bit at a time through hard work, discipline, patience, and careful choices.I'd say that a person who purchases homes with cash, or through sensible use of leverage with enough equity to balance risk/higher returns, is displaying those qualities and is far from "stupid and lazy"!!

I keep walking by these displays at Lowe's and I'm just waiting for a good opportunity to use the "wood tile".

Kristine Marie PoeI have bought them as a set (vanity, framed mirror, stone top for vanity, faucet and light) from vendors that sell kitchen cabinets.But I think Loews and HD sell them not as a set but they usually match up a vanity with a mirror in the vanity display aisle from what I recall.

I was however under the impression that you can preform a double close where you can choose to not display your margin to avoid any type of issue from the seller.

We have it in one rental (bought a display kitchen) and it is very durable so from that standpoint it works.

think that a RE license is a burden or hinderance.. when in fact it is what will take you to the top.. ( done correctly) and with the drive that someone like you obviously displays.

They display the AVERAGE vacancy rate per state and even for the top 75 cities.

In addition hire people who display integrity, quality instead of quantity, and sound judgment.6.Very true.
