Why do people every day trade in their car for $10k to 15k less than what its worth to the new care dealer??

Spend some time every day here reading the posts, and ask questions of your own....the more the merrier.

As long as they pay all their bills and have been according to their credit check I'd rent to those people every day.

On the plus side, once you have more experience and have a system in place you can hire an ISA to help with the initial calls so you can only talk to the 1-2 hand raisers you can find every day.

Just like you have been trying to get into arguments about there being no GC whatsoever that can be hired to work on a limited scope of supervising a project and/or construction personnel when this is a practice that has literally been going on every day and has been in effect probably before you were born (well, maybe not you!). 

Meetups and happy hours all over town almost every day of the week. 

Everything is goal oriented and you need to move towards your goal with small strides tracking everyday.
