I'm looking at a multifamily on 72nd & Center that you would think is in Milwaukee but in fact is in a tiny pocket of Wauwatosa that juts north along the irregular border.

Any real estate activity you are involved in creates a certain level of liability for your broker even if it is across the border.

I do live near Elk Grove just bordering Sacramento so if there is any other groups that can be advised I will gladly take it.  

I'm very familiar with the US markets, but could really use some help from north of the border.

My question would be don't you think this is risky from across the border, or did you plan to move there?

Completely off topic, sorry.We are nothing like you big guys Jay, but I am looking at an area that is a definite C on the border of D and B.

I live about 10 minutes from the Indiana border which has very low property taxes, but our realtor says there's no point in trying to invest there because the market is over saturated with investors making it nearly impossible to obtain a property.
