Hello 

My name is Johnathan and I am from Ottawa. I am really interested in learning investing in US especially Houston and Orlando area.  My plan is to build up a portfolio of 8-10 rental income properties. 

I am reading post to get as much information I can. Any information or direction that you can provide would be really appreciated.
